Welcome to Prospera Women’s Collective!

These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your access to and use of the Prospera Women’s Collective platform, including but not limited to the website, marketplace, membership directory, events, educational resources, and all other services provided (collectively, “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must discontinue your use of the Services immediately.



1. Statement of Non-Affiliation

Prospera Women’s Collective (“Prospera”) is wholly separate and independent from all companies, organizations, and individuals that participate in its community, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Inclusion in the Prospera platform—whether in the marketplace, membership directory, education center, or event promotions—does not imply endorsement, representation, or support by Prospera of any third-party offerings or content.

2. Membership and Participation

2.1 Membership Access

Prospera offers membership opportunities for women entrepreneurs and consumers seeking products, services, and community connections. Membership grants you access to specific features of the platform based on the tier selected during registration.

2.2 Responsibilities of Members

As a member, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and current information during registration and maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.

  • Refrain from engaging in unauthorized solicitation, spamming, or any disruptive behavior within the platform.

  • Adhere to community guidelines and respect the rights and boundaries of other members.



3. Marketplace and Directory Use

Prospera provides a marketplace and directory for members to showcase and access products and services. However:

  • Prospera does not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or suitability of any offerings made by third-party participants.

  • Transactions made through the marketplace are solely between the buyer and the seller. Prospera is not a party to such transactions and bears no responsibility for any disputes, damages, or claims arising from these transactions.



4. Events and Educational Offerings

4.1 Event Participation

Members, guests, and non-members may participate in virtual and in-person events advertised or organized through Prospera. Participation in these events is subject to the following terms:

  • Attendance is subject to the terms outlined during registration.

  • Unauthorized solicitation or promotion at events is strictly prohibited.

  • Refunds for event registrations are at the sole discretion of the event host and may be subject to specific terms.

  • Prospera advertises and promotes events hosted by third parties but does not assume any responsibility or liability for the quality, content, or outcomes of such events. Attendees acknowledge that any participation in third-party events is at their own discretion and risk.

  • For events directly hosted by Prospera, participation is voluntary, and attendees assume all associated risks. Prospera makes no representations, warranties, or guarantees regarding the event experience, speaker content, or any specific outcomes.

4.2 Educational Content

All educational materials provided through Prospera, including courses, webinars, and workshops, are for informational purposes only. Participation in educational offerings is subject to the following terms:

  • Prospera offers both its own educational content and content provided by third-party contributors. Prospera does not verify, endorse, or warrant the accuracy, quality, or reliability of third-party educational materials, and participation is at the user’s own discretion and risk.

  • Prospera makes no representations, warranties, or guarantees regarding any specific outcomes, business results, or personal development from the use of educational content, whether provided by Prospera or third parties.



5. No Endorsement or Guarantee

Prospera does not endorse or assume responsibility for the opinions, advice, products, services, or actions of any third parties, including but not limited to members, guest contributors, educators, or event hosts within the community. Members and users are encouraged to conduct their own due diligence before engaging in transactions, collaborations, or acting on any information shared within the platform.



6. Ownership and Intellectual Property

6.1 Proprietary Information

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property owned by Prospera, including but not limited to the Prospera name, branding, original materials, and platform features, are the exclusive property of Prospera or its licensors. Users retain full ownership of their own trademarks, logos, and content submitted to the platform. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of Prospera’s intellectual property is strictly prohibited.

6.2 User Content

By submitting content to the Prospera platform, you grant Prospera a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute the content in connection with the Services.



7. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

7.1 Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” Prospera disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Any testimonials, case studies, or earnings examples shared are for informational purposes only and do not represent typical or guaranteed results. Business success depends on various factors, including personal effort, experience, industry, and market conditions.

By using the Services, you acknowledge that Prospera does not provide financial, tax, or legal advice, and you are solely responsible for your own business decisions and results.



8. Termination

Prospera reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms or other policies. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Services.
